- Remove before bathing, swimming, exercising or bedtime

- Store in a soft pouch or a ziplock separate from other jewelry

- Clean your plated jewelry gently using a microfiber jewelry cleaning cloth. We do not recommend using oil, water, polish or chemicals for cleaning jewelry.

We accept exchange requests within 24 hours of receiving your order, if you received a damaged product from us. To start the process, email us at contact@shopharshaambady.com with your order number and pictures/videos showing the issue. Cost of the courier (including the original packaging) sent to us will be borne by you.

We do not offer refunds on purchases made on our website or with any of our stockists. All purchases are final.

We offer free shipping across India. It takes 1-3 days to process the order and ship it out and 4-7 business days for you to receive the order depending on your location.

International

International shipping fee depends on your location.

Any custom duties, import taxes and other duties applicable in your country for imported goods is your responsibility. Please keep in mind that we are not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
